I am a Registered Master of Social Work graduate. I work from a Narrative Therapy and Response-Based Practice approach. I have experience in supporting anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, as well as navigating complex relationships.

My approach to counselling is to respect and value the uniqueness of every individual and where they are. I work to support them using creativity, with warmth, understanding and at times, a touch of humour when appropriate.

I offer individual and couples therapy for both BC and ON residents. I prioritize a client-centered approach and believe in addressing the root causes of issues with individuals and couples I work with. Your unique circumstance is at the forefront of my practice.

At Currents Counselling we care, and are specialized in, supporting relationships! We work with individuals, couples and families, including high conflict and complex family dynamics. We work collaboratively and offer Views of the Child Reports (Section 211) and EMDR.

As a couples and family therapist, I truly believe that family members do some extraordinary things to get through very difficult times. I work with couples and families to understand the complex dynamics and work with support and heal family relationships.
